🚧

Notes💡

GoPay is always considered an in-house transfer.

Inter-Bank Transfer

A transfer where the source bank and beneficiary bank is different.
For example, a sender uses a Mandiri account to transfer to the receiver's BRI account.

Bank Maintenance Schedule

🚧

Note 📝**

For disbursement transactions that are approved after the cut-off time or during bank maintenance schedule, please expect that the transaction status will be on hold as “Approved”. As it will be waiting to be “Processed” during the next operational period.

For disbursement transactions that are “Processed” as inter-bank transfer with SKN method, please expect it may take a few hours (up to around 22.00 WIB on that day) to be completely processed by the SKN batch. It stays in “Processed” status during that time. After fully processed, the status will then be updated (e.g. to “Completed” or “Failed” status).

Example:
Merchant approved the transaction on Monday at 16.00 WIB (SKN & RTGS cut-off time until 15.00 WIB), the transaction status will be on hold as Approved, not Processed. Then, it will be processed on the next operational period on Tuesday, which is starting from 08.10 WIB (operational period from Monday to Friday). But, the status will stay as Processed while waiting for the SKN batch to complete (up to around 22.00 WIB). Then, the status will be updated, either to “Completed” or “Failed”.
