Can all types of businesses accept payments through Midtrans?
While we’re open with different kinds of online businesses (i.e. individual sellers, SME’s, multinational e-commerce companies, etc.), we cannot work with any business that engages in selling/providing the following:

| 3 | Dangerous Goods | Goods that may pose a threat to public safety or security. Examples:

| 4 | Gambling Businesses and Other Businesses with Similar Gambling Concepts | Any form of gambling provided over the internet or other networks by an Electronic Commerce Merchant, including, but not limited to, the Examples:

| 5 | Selling Copyright-Infringing or Counterfeit Products | Selling counterfeit goods or products that infringe intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents. |
| 6 | Illegal Drugs, Narcotics, and Psychotropic Substances | Goods classified as illegal drugs, narcotics, psychotropic substances, or other prohibited substances. Examples:

| 7 | Providing Cash-Out Services or Gestun (Gesek Tunai) | Converting credit card or BNPL limits into cash through fictitious transactions where no actual goods or services are provided. |
| 8 | Broker (Calo) Services for Government-Provided Services | Intermediary services for processes that should only be handled directly by authorized government institutions. Examples:

| 9 | Ponzi Schemes and Get-Rich-Quick Schemes | A Ponzi scheme is a type of investment fraud in which investors are promised big profits at little or no risk. The money is not invested. Rather, the scam artist concentrates on attracting more investors. A growing number of victims is needed to pay out the supposed profits being distributed to earlier investors. |
