Will I be charged for refunds for GoPay?

No. Midtrans does not charge additional fees for the refund process. The customer will receive a 100% refund and Merchants will not be charged fees for transactions that have been successful(Settlement).

Example:

The Midtrans fee for transactions that have been successful (Settlement) using GoPay is 2% per transaction + VAT (11%).

If the product price is Rp. 100,000 and the customer pays using GoPay, where the Midtrans fees is 2% per transaction = Rp. 2,000, then VAT (11%) is taken from that value, bringing the total fees to Rp. 2,220.

Then the customer will receive a 100% refund with a value of Rp. 100,000
