Business Settings

This section contains your primary business information:

Business Name: Your company's trading name - this will be displayed in various interface of Midtrans (e.g. Snap Checkout) and to your customers (e.g. payment receipt email)
Business Entity Name: Your registered legal business name
Business Owner Name: The name of your business's owner or authorized representative
Business Phone Number: Your primary contact number (format: country code + number).
IMPORTANT : Make sure that this information is accurate to ensure that you receive timely communications from Midtrans.
Customer Service: Number that your customers can reach for support. This will be shown in the payment receipt email sent by Midtrans to your customers.
NPWP: Your Indonesian tax identification number
Name on NPWP: Name registered with your tax ID
Business Website: Your company's official website URL. Make sure that this information is accurate as we will be using this data for compliance and KYB purposes.
Business Email: Your primary business email for Midtrans communications.
IMPORTANT : Make sure that this information is accurate to ensure that you receive timely communications from Midtrans.
Finance PIC Email: Email address for payment and finance-related matters.
IMPORTANT : Make sure that this information is accurate to ensure that you receive any billings related information and whether there are any actions needed from your business to avoid risk of service suspension.
Time Zone: Your business's operational time zone
Business Address: Your official business location

Custom Field Settings

This section allows you to define up to three custom fields for your specific business needs - the names provided here will be used to replace the custom field labels in your reporting. You can use custom fields to add specific identifiers to your transaction that you can use for reporting purposes.
