Facilitator
For Facilitator merchants, API that needs to be used is depends on which source bank is being registered for the merchant. For the example:
- If merchant only registered for BCA, then Intrabank can only used for BCA beneficiary bank
- If merchant registered for BCA and Danamon (SKN), then Intrabank can be used for BCA and Danamon. Other than that merchant need to use Danamon
