By default all payouts made in Sandbox environment will be successful. To test for specific error, your bank account number needs to end (suffix) with a specific number combination
Here is a list of bank account number suffix that can be used for testing payout in the Sandbox Environment. Please make sure that you do not use this on Production environment.

Please note that there might be a different result when you try to use above testing account on account validation instead of payout.
